Our method is Yakitori style skewers-- simply seasoned bite sized pieces of meat and vegetables, threaded on bamboo skewers and roasted over Binchotan charcoal. The skewers are then glazed with our signature sweet and savory tare sauce. We offer chicken, beef, vegetable and tofu skewers which are paired with pickled veggies. We also serve garlic noodles, steamed bao bun, banh mi, Vietnamese eggrolls and other seasonal favorites like grilled corn and garlic edamame. To quench your thirst, try our hand-crafted seasonal fruit lemonade or iced tea, made with real fruit puree.

From grilling it up at your place to serving it up hot & fresh at local events, we got you. Chaudown Kitchen sell our skewers at pop-up events and cater private occasions. We offer on-site grilling at parties, events, festivals and fairs, as well as delivery for private events.
Binchotan charcoal is key to our style of cooking. Its super hot and steady heat source quickly seal the natural savory flavors of the food cooked over it. Binchotan charcoal is carbonized wood made through a heating process that dissipates water and other gasses. The result is a very lightweight material that burns long and steady at a high temperature, ideal for cooking. It release very little smoke, and does not transfer unpleasant flavors or aromas, thus does not alter the food they're cooked with.
